A team from GEL was delighted to attend the Project InnerSpace event last week at Westminster for the launch of their collaborative study ‘The Future of Geothermal in the United Kingdom”. The report sets out a clear roadmap for scaling geothermal into the UK energy mix.
Development manager Will Page and Project Geologists Amy P. and Poppy Edgecombe showcased our flagship United Downs geothermal power project as a part of the UK’s transition into cleaner baseload energy. It is great to see first-hand the potential of geothermal energy in the UK, along with the increasing interest and enthusiasm around it.
